Missing 2014

I thank I had fun this 2014 because It made me a good worker at school. there was so much I have learn
like reading writing and maths. Im going to miss this school because they made my life a good life. Cant wait for next year!

At Home

Yesterday I was at home helping my mum with the cleaning and with the babies.One of the babies is one years old and the others are one week old.The one year old’s name is Jaydher and the twins names are Mekenna and Makayla. Jaydher walks and play when the twins Mekenna and Makayla are asleep. I walked and played with Jaydher so she can have some company while my mum was sleeping.

Able to swim

You have to learn how to swim because if you don’t you could get in big trouble swimming so you have to learn how to swim.To learn how to swim you can learn with your mum and dad or you can go to swimming school to learn how to swim so you don’t drown.You have to swim every day so you can get better and better at swimming.To swim you got to learn how to float first before learning how to swim. When you can float then you can swim. First we do  backstroke, next we do is sidestroke and then we learn breaststroke. Last of all we do overarm. When you are on a boat the most import thing is wearing a life jacket . It is good to learn how to swim because you can be safe in the water.

Why we wear hats

We wear our hats because we might get sunburnt in the sun. We wear the hats on a very sunny day. We wear hats when it a hot day. We wear hats on our head so we kept our skin safe from the sun . Our hats are like sunhat because it looks like it and it makes our skins safe.If we don’t wear our hats we could get sunburnt.

Last Thursday class 8,7 and 6 went to the museum. first we had morning tea very early before we went inside. In the museum there were marae houses,dinosaur bones,an old town and library with books about soldiers and war. My favourite thing was the volcano because I liked it when the ground moved and the lights turned on and off. After the volcano we had lunch time. Then we went to see the rest of the museum before we went back to school.

because it was very quiet in the forest to play music.They played all day long until it was morning. They stopped playing music because the owl went to bed in the morning.

One day on Monday a family  went to the beach to have a picnic. One boy named Tom and three girls named Penny, Vicky and Kay.  The mum and dad were called Peter and Spring. They were all going for a picnic in until they got there

they set the mat then the kids were playing and then they

came back to the mat to eat. when they were done eating they were throwing rubbish in the air and at each other.

Next they all picked up the rubbish and cleaned up the ground. All the family worked hard. Mum and Vicky picked up rubbish together.Tom and his dad worked together and the two girls worked together until they

were done.

After that the family went home with a smile on their

faces.

CAT AND THE BIRD

One day a cat named Mitten was sleeping on a porch.

Then a red bird named Little flew down to the ground and woke up the cat.

When the cat woke up he chased the bird and followed the bird.

The cat knew he was going to catch the bird so he kept

chasing the it.Then the cat jumped in the water and the

bird got away. The cat was sad because he was wet and he did not catch the bird.

Tyrannosaurus Rex

I choose Tyrannosaurus Rex because he is big, he

has big teeth, and he has a big roar. I like Tyrannosaurus Rex because he eats dinosaurs, and he attack dinosaurs.

The endeavour

In 1768 Captain James Cook sail the Endeavour ship  to NZ. Captain James Cook sailed 32 people to French to NZ.The endeavour ship was very slow and so it wound

take 3 year from French to NZ.

On Sunday I went to Mission Bay for a picnic with my

family. First I had to help my dad with the mat so we can sit down. Then I played just a little bit then it was time to eat. The food we had was fish and chips. After we ate our fish and chips I went swimming in the fountain. I played with my sister and my brother. We played tag until it was time to go.Then we were playing a bit more but it was time to go because we got cold. So we got our things and went home.

I said to my mum, “I had lots of fun!”

weekend story

On Monday I went to snowplanet for my cousin’s birthday. First we had to get our jacket, then we put on our boots and last we went to put on our skis. After we had put on our skis we went on the snow and skied around. After we skied around. We raced down the hill. It made me laugh because two of my cousins fell over. We had lots of fun. We went to eat and then we went home.

Me and my partner's fractions

This morning I got up and it was 9 o'clock. I felt very

sad because I wanted  to get their early. It was very

 icy and wet outside when i  looked outside. I had to look after my little sister and clean my room.

One day Sam and Toby were making a raft

out of ropes ,logs and sticks.They worked hard to

make the raft . They  knew that  the raft would break if it wasn’t done right. They had to test it out so they would

know that it would not break and go down into the water.

Now that it was tested out they put on their lifejackets

 so they would be safe. After that they had fun

on the raft. They had fun for a long time. then it was time to go home.

 

Ladybug

On Thursday we did a pattern called a ladybug.First of

all we coloured it in.Next we cut out the pattern of the ladybug. After that we glued all the pieces on a piece of paper.

When it was finished,it look like a beetle.

At camp

On the first day of camp Care Rings  went kayaking first. It looked cool when we got there because when we put the canoes in the water it was like riding a horse. Another thing we did was skating on rollerblades and then it was

lunchtime. After lunchtime  we went swimming

at Glen Innes pools. On  the last day the pools we went to

were Mangere pools.

Today was my cool day because we went Kayaking. And the cool is are name that called
Carerings but the best part is when we can seep in test.        

Adventure in the Forest.

One day me , my family and my friends went camping in

the forest. When we got there we saw a waterfall and a dark green pool .  First we had to set up camp.

 Then we went for a swim in the pool. Me and my friends went to the waterfall.  When we got to the waterfall the dark green pool was deep and cool.  My dad went fishing the next day and we had some fish that my dad caught for us. The next day we went back home.

On Saturday me and my family went to the pools called

Waiwera. We went in the car. It took 80 mins to get there.

It looked cool when we got  there. When we got in the water it was cold.

But on the slide it was hot. After the pools we went to have pizza before we went home.
